Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions Some products (including certain night vision and tactical equipment) may be subject to export controls and cannot be shipped to certain destinations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and ownership of tactical equipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@darkwolftechnologies.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
