Dark Wolf Technologies — Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Restocking Fee All returned items (excluding defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items) are subject to a 30% restocking fee deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at info@darkwolftechnologies.com. Returns must be sent to: Dark Wolf Technologies, 110 1st Ave, Dodge City, KS 67801. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Defective/damaged items are not subject to the restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Custom/personalized items are also final sale.

Exchanges Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund (minus the 30% restocking fee, where applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
